This role involves supporting student welfare, discipline, and daily operations within a boarding school environment.

βœ… Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ugandan national with a UCE or Diploma in:
    • Education
    • Social Work
    • Counselling or related field
  • Age: 21–35 years (preferably single)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a boarding school or youth supervision role
  • Strong skills in:
    • Discipline and mentoring
    • Guidance and counselling
  • High integrity, patience, and emotional resilience
  • Ability to live on-site during school operations

  • Discipline & Supervision – Maintain order and enforce school rules
  • Dormitory Management – Ensure cleanliness, safety, and daily inspections
  • Student Welfare – Support student well-being and respond to emergencies
  • Routine Management – Oversee wake-up, meals, prep time, and lights out
  • Communication – Report to staff, maintain records, attend meetings
  • Student Development – Guide activities and promote life skills
