students prepare to cast their votes in the highly anticipated student leadership elections set for
tomorrow, 21st March 2025. The campaigns have been intense, with candidates passionately
presenting their visions for a better school.
Head Prefect Race
The contest for Head Prefect (Boys) features Mayeku Moses as the sole candidate. To secure the
position, he must attain at least 50% of the votes. Meanwhile, the race for Head Prefect (Girls)
is contested by two strong candidates:
- Muyama Favour
- Namono Esther
Each candidate has shared their vision for improving student affairs, discipline, and academic
excellence, making the competition an exciting one to watch.
House and Special Prefects
The elections will also determine leaders for various key positions in the school governance
structure:
- House Prefects: Wabusa Joseph and Ssebuliba Rajab are in the running to lead their
respective houses. - House Captains: Mukhaye Sheila and Aisha Bint Imran aim to guide their houses with
leadership and motivation. - Entertainment Prefect: John Wabola hopes to bring vibrancy and engagement to school
activities through entertainment. - Sanitary Prefect: Sambula Quireen is ready to take on the responsibility of ensuring a
clean and hygienic school environment. - Welfare Prefects: Wamamili Benard and Mukhwana Amos have stepped forward to
champion student welfare and well-being.
Uncle Sam’s Advice

Throughout the campaign period, candidates have received valuable advice from Uncle Sam,
who reminded them of the importance of dreaming big and staying positive, regardless of the
election results. His words have served as a source of encouragement to all participants,
reinforcing the idea that leadership is about service and resilience.

With the elections set for tomorrow, anticipation is at an all-time high. The entire school
